Winterschließzeit
Ein Besuch des Museums ist in dieser Zeit leider nicht möglich. Die Ausstellungsräume werden gereinigt und für die neue Saison wieder vorbereitet. Ab Februar 2025 können Sie gern wieder an unseren öffentlichen Veranstaltungen sowie Führungen teilnehmen. Eine Übersicht finden Sie in unserem Veranstaltungskalender. Alternativ ist auch eine individuelle Buchung von Führungen möglich. Eine Auswahl für Groß & Klein finden Sie hier. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Anfrage!
In den sächsischen Winterferien (Sa 15.02. - So 02.03.2025) öffnen sich die Schlosstore wieder täglich von 11 bis 16 Uhr für Besucher. Unter dem märchenhaften Motto "Es war einmal" werden wieder zahlreiche Aktionen & Atrraktionen für die kleinen Besucher angeboten.

· via A4, exit Chemnitz- Ost, continue along Federal Road B107

· via A14, exit Döbeln-Nord, continue along Federal Roads B169 and B175

· via A72, exit Rochlitz, continue along Federal Road B175

Parking

There are parking facilities close to the castle, at Mühlplatz in close vicinity to the castle and in the »Uferstraße« carpark near the Mulde River bridge at the end of the town towards Mittweida.

Tour buses may also park in the »Uferstraße« carpark near the Mulde River bridge.
